Payment & Terms
- •Deposit: 30% of one-off total invoiced on acceptance, payable within 7 days. Work commences once the deposit clears.
- •Progress payment: 40% invoiced at the agreed mid-build milestone, payable within 7 days.
- •Balance: Remaining 30% invoiced prior to launch / handover. No site, store or system goes live until the balance is paid in full.
- •Retainer: Billed monthly in advance. Minimum term of 3 months, then month-to-month with 30 days written notice to end.
- •Add-ons & variations: Invoiced on acceptance or at completion of the specific item, payable within 7 days.
- •Quote validity: This quote is valid for 30 days from the date above. After that, pricing may be revised.
- •All figures in AUD and include GST where indicated. Full terms apply on acceptance.
Acceptance
By signing below, the client accepts this quote and agrees to the terms above. A formal engagement agreement will be issued on acceptance, and the 50% deposit invoice sent at the same time.
